Jeryl is VP of People Operations. Jeryl joined NYCBS in 2016. She has been an integral part of the Staffing leadership team previously serving as an administrative assistant for the chief officers. Her role identifies the staffing needs of the company to meet its overall strategic goals. She oversees the scheduling of over 1300 physicians and employees and ensures compliance of the NYCBS’ policies and procedures. Her previous experience in management has helped provide the leadership skills that are evident today. Jeryl earned a bachelor’s degree in business from SUNY Old Westbury. She is a proud wife and mother. An avid traveler, her most notable trips include Iceland, Greece, and Italy.
