Catherine is a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Catherine graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Culinary Nutrition. She obtained her Master’s degree in health sciences from Georgia State University. Catherine worked on long term nutrition feeding studies at the Center of Clinical Investigation at Brigham and Women’s hospital in Boston. She was also a research and development chef for the meal delivery non-profit Open Hand Atlanta and its social entrepreneurship Good Measure Meals. Catherine is passionate about working with her patients to design their personal path toward improved health and wellness.
